can not load indoorhelper plugin and geotools plugin. Spent two hours installing and uninstalling JOSM over to try to make things work. Had trouble loading a svg file and can not rename a data layer.

Your user name ends with an exclamation mark !, this is usually not a good idea when running Java applications as it causes many problems, see #16937
