Plugin `CustomizePublicTransportStop`

The new release 2.1.10 of pt_assistant now contains everything from the CustomizePublicTransportStop plugin.

Edit: This ticket was started with the intention to merge the plugins CustomizePublicTransportStop and pt_assistant. That changed, see the discussion below.

Well, based on the recent activity in the repository ​​https://github.com/bwr57/CustomizePublicTransportStop , bwr57 seems to want to maintain the plugin in that repository and has also updated the SVN with new files. If that's the case I'll probably better revert the merge of those plugins to avoid two versions of the same plugin. But that won't be immediate, I'll take some time, maybe there will even be a statement by the original author on what his plans are with the plugin, who knows.

Two things that should be done by whoever considers himself as maintainer of the CustomizePublicTransportStop plugin:

• the release in the SVN repo should be synced with the release at GitHub, so not only the ones who install the plugin manually from GitHub receive fixes
• the plugin should be excluded from uploads to Launchpad, since the strings seem to be translated with *.txt files on GitHub

I guess it is now clear, that bwr57 wants to continue maintaining this plugin separately from the pt_assistant plugin. I'll respect that.

So we should remove https://josm.openstreetmap.de/osmsvn/applications/editors/josm/plugins/CustomizePublicTransportStop in favour of ​https://github.com/bwr57/CustomizePublicTransportStop, is that correct?

CustomizePublicTransportStop would need to be listed in PluginsSource then...
