Error when using WMS backgrounds

Description

What steps will reproduce the problem?

  1. Dragging des actual area of view or zooming
  2. new WMS are loaded in the background
  3. the error accures

What is the expected result?

loading of new wms tiles

What happens instead?

the error accures and the tiles are not desplayed or in a bad resolution.

Please provide any additional information below. Attach a screenshot if possible.
