Token confirmation window instant disappearing

Description

If you add a new OSM token, a window will pop up confirming, that the settings are right and you can use the application.

The problem is, if you do not click the OK button within 1 second, it will go in the background and block the interaction with JOSM. Pressing ESC will close the overlaying other window and will show the confirmation dialogue again.

*the overlaying window is where users accept the access token so pressing Esc is not a good idea

If you don't click the button "Test Access Token", the confirmation window will not appear, and you won't hit this bug.

There are more bugs in dialog windows priority. A moment ago the main OSM server wasn't reachable and I couldn't click on the error popup's OK button because the downloading progress bar had higher priority. (The progress bar's Cancel button didn't work either.)

It looks like it's the same issue.

Modify Ticket
