new button in relation editor that finds ways adjacent to stops and add them to the route

It would be useful to have a button which can add suitable ways for the mode of transport which are adjacent to the stops mapped as nodes next to the highways.

If that way is already in the route relation, it is not added again, obviously.

This would help 'fill the gaps', as a precursor to running the routing helper.

The routing helper could also propose to run this step before starting downloads, and it could so automatically after it downloaded extra suitable ways around the stops that don't have suitable ways added in the route relation adjacent to them.
