Description

It would be nice to have a button on top bar of relation editor, which shows public_transport:version and gives the possibility to go from 2 to 1, if it becomes clear it was set to 2 in error.

When going from nothing or 1 to 2. It could propose to duplicate the route relation, flipping from and to automatically and rewriting the name tag. It could also propose to either create a route_master relation or add the newly created route relation to it.
