Description

It's unclear to me what's but related to JOSM somehow automatically updating its version. When did this start happening? Or is it because I recently migrated to Windows 10, and Windows 10 is doing this?

Anyway, I don't WANT the latest version - it's not working for me (reverter plugin broken, other issues) and when I try to start it, it crashes sometimes, as below.

The bug report is truncated and if you don't want to update we can't do anything
