What steps will reproduce the problem?
- Delete josm.jnlp
- Download josm.jnlp
- The software still remains
What is the expected result?
Deletes the software
What happens instead?
Doesn't delete the software

There is no way of deleting JOSM and this is ridiculous. I searched my whole computer and deleted icedtea-netx and itdid nothing!!!!.

Like the name "WebStart" indicates, it is started from Web. As there is no "install", you also can't "uninstall" something.
Simply remove the icon.
If you delete the home directory of josm you also delete all configurations and downloaded files.

You can delete it through /home/superuser/.local/share/applications/javaws/JOSM (JOSM - Java OpenStreetMap Editor) from josm.jnlp.desktop
There should still be a easier way to delete it however
