Description
Myanmar has its own script/font. Even though many people are still using legacy non-unicode fonts (popular ones include Zawgyi and Win-family), only Unicode-fonts (popular is Myanmar3) should/must be used for data in OSM (http://www.mcf.org.mm/myanmar-unicode.html).
JOSM does not support or show myanmar script encoded in Unicode correctly but is using Zawgyi-font which is not Unicode. This should be changed to Unicode so the unicode encoded text displays correctly in JOSM.

We need more information, can you please report:
- status of Myanmar rendering on Linux, Windows, macOS
- screenshot of wrong rendering and how it should be rendered
- your version of Java and JOSM (please add a status report)
On Windows we load font "Myanmar Text" (MMRTEXT.TTF), is it correct?
