Description
I've had this happen twice now. Once with the webstart JOSM and just now with 13878. I add a node, I enter some values and then for some reason I can not enter text in the "add value?" box anymore. I can choose values from the drop-down and the first time I could also change that, but I could not enter new values by typing.
I have not found a way to reproduce it.
I know this sounds a bit vague, but there definitevly seems something fishy with that dialog.
The first time after some fiddeling around it worked again, the second time JOSM would not respond to anything anymore. No mouseclicks, no keybord inputs, nothing. The JAVA console was also not responsive. Java was not using any processortime, so it was not looping or anything.
OS is Windows 7x64

The status report from my normal state. Note that this happened on two different systems. That's why I thought it was worth mentioning it.

Well, it is happening now again. I can not type anything in the "add values?" box, but I can select values from the dropdown list. I can also not use the mouse to select anything. It looks like the box does not get focus.
The same happens when I want to change a value, key or value.
And now JOSM has locked me out completely. No mouse inputs are being recorded, I can not even exit. The window is also not redrawn.
Nor JOSM or JAVA is using any processor time.

I'm sorry but I am unable to reproduce. Please try to start JOSM without WebStart, without plugins, and with a fresh profile. If we can't spot where the bug comes from, we can't solve it.

Replying to maarten:
Please try to characterize the problem further, we cannot do anything with this report.
Try to update Java, remove plugins, etc. Then post at least a status report as explained in the bug report form.
