JOSM 13860 crashes several times last days

What steps will reproduce the problem?

1.validating ​https://tasks.hotosm.org/project/4530?task=49

2. after mapping highways + residential area
3. uploading last modifications
4. Josm Hangs.

What is the expected result? .continuing validation

What happens instead? JOSM hangs. No reaction. Had to kill JOSM

Please provide any additional information below. Attach a screenshot if possible.

How do you launch JOSM? Default configuration allocates 2 Gb but it seems only 1 Gb was allocated.

I Launch JOSM standard by a shortcut on my "taakbalk" (I don't the English word for it) Any idea how I can allocate more mem to JOSM>

It depends on how you launch JOSM... java -jar, webstart, windows app?

OK so you're not using the Windows App, but WebStart, with a 32-bit JRE.
You should uninstall your version of Java, reinstall the ​64-bit version and try again.
