crash JOSM

[ALPZz]

What steps will reproduce the problem?

1. selecting a building=yes within task square
2. selecting a building=construction overlapping square
3. joining two buildings

What is the expected result?

selection of different values as one

What happens instead?

JOSM crashes

Please provide any additional information below. Attach a screenshot if possible.

even if building=construction is changed to building=yes it still crashes maybe the changeset needs to be saved then joined?
