Image offset does not turn off after activation.

Description
What steps will reproduce the problem?
- Selected Bing imagery
- Selected New Offset on Imagery to fix imagery offset.
- After fixing offset, click ok
What is the expected result?
fix offset and start mapping
What happens instead?
Still offset setup is activate and unable to map.
