outdated translations on startup page

Description

regarding wiki:StartupPageSource?action=diff&version=2296 I think you misunderstood wiki:StartupPageSource?action=diff&version=2252, the string in JOSM was change from "Download" to "Download data", therefore the startuppage was adapted and the translations marked as outdated with the x at the beginning. This approach is written in the comments at the startuppagesource 

When changing English text please keep in mind that translations also need to be adapted. 
If you are not able to do so, then add an "x" in front of the language abbreviation, so the 
line is still available as draft.

In 13607/josm:

see #16173 - reuse "Download data" string used elsewhere in the application. Reduces the number of strings to translate

For this kind of modification it is much better to wait a few days if needed for the strings to be translated on Launchpad and copy/paste them on Trac rather to add an X. Clearly this is not understood as many users simply removed the X like me.

as The resolution will be set.
The resolution will be deleted. Next status will be 'reopened'.

Add Comment
E-mail address and name can be saved in the Preferences .
