Error screeen with the .jnlp, but not with the .jar

What steps will reproduce the problem?

1. Error screen just after the launch

What is the expected result?

uploading running

What happens instead?

Freeze and no windows to complete the upload process. Unable to clos the programm. Must be kill the java programm via 'top' programm

Please provide any additional information below. Attach a screenshot if possible.
