The "drag to shear the picture" button is extremely overpowered

Description

The "drag to shear the picture" button is extremely overpowered.
The slightest motion will shear the image so much that all one can do is reach for the undo button and give up.
Tested with a 1 km wide photo draped over most of the screen.
