Add Aspect Ratio Lock checkbox

Description

I have an important idea for red arrow mode.

Add an additional checkbox, like GIMP has, to "Lock Aspect Ratio".

That way the user, if he pleases, can check the checkbox to first do his
best to manipulate points 1, 2, and 3, but in all cases the
aspect ratio (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Aspect_ratio_(image%29) would never
change. He can do his best by pure Translational and Rotational
Motion
but no distortion of the aspect ratio shall occur.

Only when he is happy with the results does can he uncheck the checkbox
and continue in regular red arrow mode.

One might say well there are already buttons to scale on "x and y", and
rotate, and move. But they are not compatible with points 1, 2, and 3,
which then disappear, #15924.

Anyway, the point is e.g., he started with a square image, so he wishes during the process of aligning points 1, 2, and 3, that the image does not even temporarily get bent, as seen in the .gif documentation.
Yes, for final fine tuning he can uncheck the box, but in general, he started with a square, and he ends with a square, so let him keep it a square in the process.
