Have pointer change shape when over the center of points 1, 2, and 3

Description
When we are trying to grab the so-hard-to-grab points 1, 2, and 3,
why not have the cursor light up or at least change shape, indicating we are now over the point,
and can proceed to click, to successfully grab it.
Otherwise we have to click and click and click, until we finally hit the
jackpot, which is indeed hard, as I have reported, for more zoomed out
pictures.
