What steps will reproduce the problem?
- launch JOSM
- get angry at the new start message about Musk
Really, who got this idea of writing about Musk on the start screen message? Just got me angry, and thinking that JOSM should really have been above/neutral/ignoring this idea. Next, I hope it will be political messages?

Where should there be a joke?
A good start would be on 9. October 2019. As for the 10th anniversary of giving the Nobel Peace Prize to a guy how afterwards bombed Lybia till its destruction, shuffled the Ukraine as long as he could place someone at its most exploitative company and started his third war. – But there is hope: That guy but failed on Syria so far.
Could be taken under consideration. But then I also must name the same price to the European citizens and I don't want to loose my own Nobel Peace Prize. ;-)
