Download window on Windows is not resizable

Description
The Download window (dialog) on Windows is not resizable/maximizable. On Linux it is a normal resizable window. This is a problem on small laptop displays where this fixed window leaves few space to actually see the map and select regions to download.

OK, sorry, it is resizable, but the maximize button is missing in the window titlebar.

Yes, that's a dialog and not a separate window. Not going to change.

There is also a "change size" button in the top left corner of the mapview in the download window to change between two sizes of the window. Maybe this helps in your worflow.

I just see on Linux there is a maximize button, so there isn't such a strong decision it is a dialog.

It is resizable and never saw this kind of problem. Please post your status report and a screenshot or video showing your problem.
