Description
What steps will reproduce the problem?
- Update /etc/apt/sources.list to deb https://josm.openstreetmap.de/apt artful universe
- sudo apt-get update
What is the expected result?
No error.
What happens instead?
Shows error:

Yes, I've added the tested package.
