drag-drop URLs to josm at 2. time "download data" overlays the checkbox

What steps will reproduce the problem?

1. Open ​https://www.openstreetmap.org/way/134784896 in Browser
2. drag url to josm and drop
3. Open ​https://www.openstreetmap.org/way/144284421 in Browser
4. drag url to josm and drop

What is the expected result?

should load the 2. way

What happens instead?

download data overlays the checkbox "load object". Escape doesnt work. Same Problem with nodes.

Please provide any additional information below. Attach a screenshot if possible.

I can't reproduce. What does the popup say in English?

Popup says:
What to do?

• download osm-data (or)
• download object via id

have tested some things:
drag-drop URL directly from links on a website (i.e. here) works, but very slow at 50%. And the "asking"-popup is not shown.

drag-drop from adress-bar (icon left of URL) is my ticket. Have you tried this?

Edit: the question comes from the latlon, this Link directly from website have same problem like in description of Bug ​https://www.openstreetmap.org/way/134784896#map=17/50.00154/9.23145
