JOSM-latest not updated in ubuntu repository (ppa)

Description

I didn't receive any updates for JOSM-latest for a few days via the ppa. The last version I got was 12905. It's the same at https://josm.openstreetmap.de/apt/pool/universe/j/josm-latest/?C=M;O=D

JOSM-stable did update as supposed this morning via the same ppa, so no problems there.

There is an error signing the josm-unittest.jar (see logs).
