Warn when orthogonalizing a (or multiple) ways, like when moving a way.

What steps will reproduce the problem?

1. Select a way
2. Press Q

What is the expected result?

A dialog that asks if that was intended, like when moving a way.

What happens instead?

The (possibly) very long way just got massively messed-up
