Description

What steps will reproduce the problem?

  1. Create or load any area with a node tagged as amenity=weighbridge which belongs to a way tagged highway=*

What is the expected result?

Pass validations OK, as a weighbridge is permanently installed in the highway.

What happens instead?

Validator warns that "amenity node is connected to a highway"
