Main toolbar keeps reappearing after using Tab

Create a new layer, go to View → Main toolbar and disable it.
Then press Tab. The windows on right side and the top menu will properly get hidden.
Then press Tab again and see how the main toolbar reappears (while only the windows on the right side and the top menu should get displayed back).

it depends on weather "do not hide main toolbar and main menu" (or similar formulated, I don't remember exactly) is checked in the context menu of the main tool bar.
