preselection in searchmenu dont work on first click

What steps will reproduce the problem?

1. Open Josm
2. (load some data) STRG+F
3. Klick on search-term
4. Click on first (last-used)

What is the expected result?

there should be the selected term

What happens instead?

search-term is empty

Please provide any additional information below. Attach a screenshot if possible.

same behavior is on select with keyboard

Edit: It doesnt works only on first time to select.

Uhm, there is an imho very good enhancement, what can fix that Bug:
remember the last selection after closing josm.

Looks like its fixed, cannot reproduce anymore
