Description
A WMTS layer has an Identifier (mandatory) and a Title (optional, but usually provided). From the specification:
Identifier: An unambiguous reference to this layer, normally used by software
Title: Title of this layer, normally used for display to a human
Currently, we ignore the title element and display the identifier in the WMTS layer selection dialog.
