Summary: Configure toolbar, can not move Open Recent to toolbar.Configure toolbar: Impossible to add alomost any core submenu

Still a problem. "Open recent" is available and the button to move selected is enabled but no new item appears on the left side.
Same is true for for all other menu item submenus which only show the generic folder icon which are all core submenus except of presets. E.g. File/Open recent, File/Work offline, View Menu's Map Paint Styles, any submenu in Imagery Menu.

Modify Ticket

Change Properties
Set your email in Preferences
Action
as new The owner will remain team.
as The resolution will be set. Next status will be 'closed'.
to The owner will be changed from team to the specified user.
Next status will be 'needinfo'. The owner will be changed from team to Allroads.
as duplicate The resolution will be set to duplicate. Next status will be 'closed'. The specified ticket will be cross-referenced with this ticket.
The owner will be changed from team to anonymous. Next status will be 'assigned'.
