What steps will reproduce the problem?
applies to version 11526 and newer
What is the expected result?
Apple magic track pad: When performing a secondary click (two finger click) and holding down you are able to pan the view.
What happens instead?
The view will zoom-in or zoom-out instead.
Please provide any additional information below. Attach a screenshot if possible.
When performing the secondary click by click+ctrl it works like expected.

This bug is not related to macOS Sierra (10.12) only, same here on Yosemite (OS X 10.10.5)
