Explain what "fix" "autofix" button will do for every check using captions

Description

Previously this information was explained in Help/Preferences/Validator - of course, it was incomplete even for English language, therefore I removed it and left only really "complex" tags and validations.

Instead, I suggest that JOSM should provide captions "taga will be added", "tagb will be removed", "tagc will be replaced with d".

Extra: "Fix" button can be styled differently based on "actions" behind it; right now it always states "Fix" without explanation or hints about underlying action.
