Include "Plugin geojson" in Component

Description

Since the geojson plugin seems to be maintained by the same team of JOSM ​https://github.com/JOSM/geojson, shouldn't/couldn't we have a Plugin geojson available in the Component field too? (so tickets could be reported against it)

I set "Larry0ua" as default owner. It seems he was main maintainer of the plugin in the last time ​https://github.com/JOSM/geojson/commits/master
