Deny or convert white spaces in page and attachment names — at Initial Version

Description
As white spaces in page and attachment names make the trac syntax fail, please try to deny or automatically rename them.
For page names CamelCase should be used anyway but I think this train has past quite some time ago.
May be some instructions could be the first step.
