Description
I don't know how valid it is to ask this, but could JOSM accept lowercase letters when adding/moving a node?
For example, 48°45'w 23°30'S isn't accepted as valid (since w isn't in uppercase)
Also, it seems to accept invalid locations like 48°45'S 23°30'S or 47°45'N 24°00'S
