13674	Possible enhancement in coordinates when adding/moving a node	naoliv	team	"I don't know how valid it is to ask this, but could JOSM accept lowercase letters when adding/moving a node?
For example, `48°45'w 23°30'S` isn't accepted as valid (since `w` isn't in uppercase)

Also, it seems to accept invalid locations like `48°45'S 23°30'S` or `47°45'N 24°00'S`
