First it was proposed as part of #6247

Help/Menu/Selection - only 3 items in core JOSM, IMO Help#Selection items could be placed here.

For example, "search items by Preset" fits here.

There also more specific tools about "selection history" maybe we need sub-menu (or separated group of items) for them as last item of "selection"?
