Midpoints missing - Even on max zoom

Description

What steps will reproduce the problem?

  1. Start JOSM
  2. Create a New Layer
  3. Draw a way with some nodes

What is the expected result?

Midpoints should be shown between all nodes on the way.

What happens instead?

Some midpoints are missing.

Please provide any additional information below. Attach a screenshot if possible.

The display of midpoints depends on the zoom level. So zooming in and out may change the number of midpoints shown. But when a section of a way fills the whole screen and there is still no midpoint shown, something is buggy.

In some cases i saw in Wireframe View that a midpoint is shown but the line between two nodes on a way is missing.

Deactivating all plugins did not kill this bug.

Action
as closed The owner will remain team.
as The resolution will be set.
