Jenkins Presets test not working correctly

Description
Jenkis test seems to have problems with https://raw.githubusercontent.com/OpenNauticalChart/josm/master/INT-1-preset.xml
While it worked in 10798 it didn't work in the builds before and the build afterwards 10799.
The tests skips a lot presets and although some missing icons were found in another style, the test passes.

OK, I think I understood now. This one https://github.com/molysgaard/OAM-JOSM/pull/5 is tested but ignored for the test result. And if the test result is OK, then not every test is printed at https://josm.openstreetmap.de/jenkins/job/JOSM/1710/jdk=JDK8/testReport/junit/org.openstreetmap.josm.gui.preferences.map/TaggingPresetPreferenceTestIT/testValidityOfAvailablePresets/

Yes. It allows to blacklist maintainers who don't answer to our requests or break their presets every day, and still lookup for errors if wanted, without spamming our mailboxes.
This preset seems fine, which missing icon is supposed to be skipped by the test?
