Overpass wizard box behavior

I found one more minor bug :)

1. have the cursor in overpass wizard box
2. press arrow down (several times) to choose a previous used code
3. press enter
4. the query gets built, but the drop down list stays open ( -> should disappear)

Can't reprocude neither anymore. Likely it was fixed somewhere during #15057 and #15167
