user metadata not updated on changeset upload.

Description

Immediately after uploading+closing a changeset, searching the data in the active layer using "user:uploaduser" does not find the expected results, objects from the uploaded changeset are not found.

A simple workaround is to manually update the data, so the problem is really limited to it being confusing that the search doesn't work prior to doing that.

Change Properties
Set your email in Preferences
Action
as closed The owner will remain team.
as The resolution will be set.
The resolution will be deleted. Next status will be 'reopened'.

Add Comment
E-mail address and name can be saved in the Preferences .
