Display texts from the beginning

I saw that when seeing an object info (with Ctrl+I), the status report or anything else that has a lot of text, JOSM displays them at the end of the text, instead at the beginning.

For example, while seeing a relation with some members I see this:

Likewise with the status report, the text already starts at the end:

The caret did not move when typing in a JosmTextArea (e.g. when adding a note comment).
