Keystroke error w/ relation.RecentRelationsAction

Not sure why this error is popping up in the console, but thought I would report it, as I can easily duplicate it 100% of the time with my normal profile, and a fresh profile.

INFO: Keystroke shift pressed ESCAPE is already assigned to org.openstreetmap.josm.actions.relation.RecentRelationsAction$1@6e693527, will be overridden by org.openstreetmap.josm.actions.relation.RecentRelationsAction$1@3dd772f9

Steps to reproduce:

1. Open up a saved file.
2. Close saved file.
3. Reopen the saved file.

What happens:
The above error shows up in the console.

What should happen:
The error shouldn't.
