Strange, I don't remember we changed anything in the plugin management code recently. I don't see why current tested release has downloaded plugins not meant for it.

Hah, that's one of the version >= 10000 bugs which did not occur :-) The numbers for old plugin links have been sorted alphabetical and not numerical :-) That caused some old-plugin links to be missing.

Reloading plugin list and reinstalling pbf plugin should solve the issue.
