To-fix text missing in launchpad

What steps will reproduce the problem?

1. Open the To-fix window.
2. Text "Tasks", "Config", "Activation", "Enable Tofix plugin", "Auto delete layer" and "Enable Tofix plugin" is not translated because it is not in launchpad.

What is the expected result?

Text in launchpad so it can be translated.

What happens instead?

Text not in launchpad so it can not be translated.
