Make it possible to temporarily select some validator tests before running it

Description
Could we have an (advanced) option to select only some tests to run before validating the data?
For example, when I am validating some administrative boundaries I would like to only see messages about unclosed multipolygons and crossing boundaries. I don't want to test for crossing highways nor anything else.
While I know that it's possible to select some test classes via Edit → Preferences → Data validator, it's not so user friendly nor it allows to temporarily choose some tests (I see one problem when choosing only some tests here: I can forget that I have disabled some and then start uploading data without a proper validation).
It would be good if we could also locally save the selected tests in some kind of favorite/presets.
