BTW, dialogue called from menu "Edit > Search objects by presets" (Shift+F3 or Action/TaggingPresetSearchPrimitiveDialog$) is also titled "Presets"

Set your email in Preferences
Action
as closed The owner will remain team.
as The resolution will be set.
The resolution will be deleted. Next status will be 'reopened'.
