A guy replied me total nonsense (he didn't get it I was using jarsigner and not Microsoft tools...) and got no response since :( I have sent a new e-mail. jarsigner is not very verbose (even with verbose option...), all I get on the error is:
jarsigner error: java.security.cert.CertificateException: Certificate is not valid for timestamping

It works again with the new 2016 certificate.

It seems there's a problem with Certum Timestamping service, I have disabled this feature until I understand what's going on. I have contacted them.
