Description
What steps will reproduce the problem?
- For example press Ctrl+N - create new layer.(it's work)
- Change keyboard layout 'RU' and press Ctrl+Т (N->Т doesn't work)
What is the expected result?
What happens instead?

This seems to be all-Java problem on some Ubuntu distributions:
https://bugs.launchpad.net/unity/+bug/1226962
There are workarounds for now (PPA package or using ibus-m17n: http://onedev.net/post/469 )
