Command line option for fresh/temporary preferences

Description

In tickets we often guide users to try to reproduce issues with "fresh preferences". I never know where to link to for those instructions. Help/ResetPreferences seems too destructive to me.

Similar to --reset-preferences, shall we add a command line argument --no-preferences which would create a temporary directory (using Files.createTempDirectory) which is deleted after application exit?

Add Comment
E-mail address and name can be saved in the Preferences .
