FIXME preset only triggered for lowercase fixme

Description

In the tag panel, the matching presets are displayed above the tags. I noticed the fixme preset only triggers for lowercase 'fixme' key, not for 'FIXME'.

That's to be expected. The presets are displayed based on the keys and it only contains lower case fixme. It makes no sense to have two presets as well as it also makes no sense to have a special workaround for this case.

In other places (e.g. validator) different forms of fixme are handled.

Set your email in Preferences
Action
as closed The owner will remain team.
as The resolution will be set.
The resolution will be deleted. Next status will be 'reopened'.

Add Comment
E-mail address and name can be saved in the Preferences .
